Our partner, a digital newspaper company with a focus on politics, is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the role of HR Specialist, Compensation & Benefits. This pivotal position will be based in Brussels and will involve spearheading compensation and benefits initiatives while coordinating activities across Europe.
As a key member of the HR department, this role holds significant importance within the company. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment for our colleagues throughout Europe and is committed to their well-being. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our company's culture and values, and will thrive in both strategic and operational responsibilities within our rapidly expanding organization.

The HR Mobility Manager
The HR Mobility Manager plays a vital role in fostering and sustaining a workplace environment characterized by productivity, proactivity, and alignment with the mission and vision of the Central Human Resources Department. They offer guidance, support, and coordination across all facets of human resources, ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of policies, procedures, and practices established by the Central Human Resources department.
Key responsibilities encompass managing international contracts and mobility, providing HR support for operations, overseeing employee relations and well-being initiatives, as well as contributing to Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts and the HR budgeting process in adherence to Group guidelines.

Talent Manager
The main responsibilities entail leading the Talent Review and Succession Plans process, including oversight of key roles, succession strategies, talent pools, and facilitation of talent review meetings and discussions. Additionally, fostering Talent Development across all levels involves conducting feedback sessions, career dialogues, creating development plans, organizing assessment and development centers, and providing coaching services. Implementing the Performance Management cycle involves close collaboration with Compensation & Benefits to ensure smooth execution. Maintaining the Competency model entails managing strategic competencies, establishing connections with training initiatives, and integrating with other HR procedures. Administering the Career model involves collaborating with Compensation & Benefits to review and assess functions within the organization. Lastly, enhancing Talent Management capabilities includes inspiring, educating, and supporting HR and business leaders on matters related to talent management and personnel development.
